If your blade is not exactly what you hoped for, you have 30 days from the day it arrives to return it for a full refund — including the cost of return shipping for orders over $400.

How it works.

  1. Email info@valhallasteels.com with your order number and a sentence about why it isn't right.
  2. We send a pre-paid return label within one business day.
  3. Pack the blade in its original birchwood box. Drop it at any carrier office.
  4. Once it arrives at the workshop and passes inspection, your refund is processed within three business days.

What we cannot accept.

Engraved blades. Personalised blades are non-returnable unless the engraving is faulty.

Hard-use damage. Chips, deep scratches, and broken tips are covered by our lifetime warranty, not by returns. Send us photos and we will repair or replace.

Final-sale items. Anything marked "Final Sale" or "Forge Reserve" at checkout cannot be returned.

Exchanges.

We are happy to swap one blade for another of equal value. The same 30-day window applies. Email us before sending and we will hold your second choice.

Lifetime warranty.

Every blade we make is covered for life against manufacturing defects, edge failure, and normal wear. We will sharpen, re-handle, or re-temper your blade free of charge for as long as you own it.
